CAD is used in automotive shipbuilding, aerospace industries, architectural design. It is also used to produce computer animation for special effects in movies, advertising and technical manuals. We can simplify the design, share it, document the design , thus , it develops the skill of the designer because with the help of CAD a designer could design physical objects in a virtual workspace. With the help of this programming we can control machine tools like drills, boring tools , lathes etc and 3D printers by means of a computer. A computer converts the design produced by CAD into numbers. CNC takes digitized data, a computer and CAM program is used to control, automate and monitor the movements of a machine. CAD CAM CNC machining helps you to review the tool paths of your programme before physically machining the part. It allows you to check for any errors on the machine part and tool. One can see exactly how the finished part will look on your machine in a virtual environment. The biggest benefit is eliminated waste as you end up no longer scrapping parts due to programming errors. It really is about having satisfaction and peace of mind.
